One of the most important aspects of being a Referee is achieving and maintaining a fitness level commensurate with the level of football our members are officiating.  Whether our members are refereeing in the SPFL, Junior Football or Local Youth Football - a level of fitness is required.

In order to progress to our Senior List of Referees, training attendance is mandatory.  Sessions are tailored for all levels of fitness and are a great source of social interactions with other Referees.

All members are more than welcome
